Update:   I'm co-launching a resilience portal with a former Treasury manager for workforce development under Obama.  Our portal will provide global P2P collaboration horizontally (since most groups operate in silos) and vertically (cities, states, nations) to promote fast communications, sharing, partnering and eventually access to recovery financing (public, private, crowdfunding, digital currencies, donors, etc.).  We're talking with 10 states, not Texas yet, so you're welcome to join our weekly Zoom calls.  We'll be working with recovery groups at the National Governors Association, UN, and other international organizations.  For invitations to our Zoom calls, email me:  smtatsuno@gmail.​com.  ​
